Mahakali Yantra
Mahakali Yantra
Maha kali Yantra : Mahakali yantra is very powerful and tested yantra. This yantra is embossed on copper,Silve,Gold plates . This yantra is composed of a Central Point (bindu) within five inverted traingles, three circles, eight petals inside and outsides, whole yantra enclosed in four doors, is written or embossed on silver or copper plates.  In the yantra , Bindu is symbolically represents the deity, or sometimes Shiva and Shakti, the source of the whole creation or the diety whose Yantra it is. The triangle normally represents the three gunas, the three bindus. While meditating on Yantra or doing Sadhna, the sadhak concentrates on the Bindu. The triangle (Trikona) is the symbol of Shakti and the triangle is known as Shakti Kona. The square is usually the exterior limit of the Yantra and symbolically, it represents the element earth . Every Yantra starts from the center, often marked by a central dot (Bindu) and ends with the outer square. This represents the sense of universal evolution starting from "ether" and ending with "earth".  These enclosing walls are fenced by the guardians of the directions and the intermediate directions (Dikpalas). A typical combination often found in the graphical structure of a Yantra is the superposition of two triangles, one pointing upwards and the other downwards having one common center form a star with six points (Shatkone in Hindi and Sanskrit). This form symbolically represents the union of Brahm and Maya or Purush and Prakriti or Shiv and shakti, without which there could be no Creation. At the same time, the circle represents perfection and the blissful creative void. In the series of the five fundamental elements it represents air. The lotus in a Yantra represents freedom from multiple interference with the exterior (purity) and expresses the absolute force of the Supreme Self.  One should keep the image of Kali while performing puja on it.
