Yoga Aashanas : The Aashanas are the different sitting yogic postures, which helps in transmitting the life energy, forcefully and willfully to different organs and nadis in the body. By stretching the body through Aashanas, the life energy current flows vigorously in the stretched organ for life and then our whole body is relaxed to make to flow of life energy normally. The Aashanas are enough to most of the persons in the world, who are only concerned to keep their physical body healthy and sound. But Aashanas alone are not enough for the seekers of God and Kundalini awakening. All of Aashanas should be done in empty stomach in morning or evening.

Aashanas or sitting posture for Meditation : There are some common aashanas for jap and meditation. These are Padmasana (Lotus posture crossed interlocked legs), Siddhasan, Svastikasan, and Sukhasan (Easy sitting posture cross legs). First put a soft cushion or a woolen blanket on a clean and lonely place on floor or  hard bed in your house or any where as you wish. Your body should be well insulated from the Earth and some electric and life energy current are generate or produced during meditation. Your effort will be wasted if these currents are earthed and are not proper insulated. When you sitting in aashanas your spine, head and neck should be erect upward. Padmasana is the best aasan for meditation if you sit comfortably and easily for two or three hours continuously.

  5. The one downside of this though is that dark chocolate is quite bitter without the sugar content, and so one variation to this recipe if you do choose to go down this route is that you should
also add in two tablespoons of a sugar free substitute into the main
ingredients of the Sugar Free Chocolate Smoothie in order for
it to taste good. Ways to attain the best advantages from your healthy and balanced smoothie recipes is always to look at the

strong as they ward off infections and heal cuts and wounds.
