Vajra asanstimulate the digestation of the food & you can sit in this asana for quite a long time. The legs are placed under the thigh and the soles are placed under the buttocks. The thighs must touch the calves. The whole weight of the body is put on the knees and the ankles. Keep hands gently on the knees. The knees are kept close to each other. Sit for as much time as you can in comfortably.
